Early last year, in 2015, I received a slight *boost* to my rather low self-esteem, at the time, while casually talking to a disability worker. Somehow our conversation led to my memoir writing, to which she asked me: "What is the title of your book?"
When I casually replied: "Autism On The Frontline" and added that is was written 'through a mother's eyes' about my son, she immediately responded with: "Wow! I would certainly like to read a book like that!" she said. "Let me know when you get it published," she added.
It was only then I realized that I'd actually done a bit of pre-publish marketing - without even trying.
You can read the full Post, I later wrote about this, in more detail, on LinkedIn under the title: "Book Marketing: Who will read your book?" dated January 2016.
